iNanoBanana respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we have implemented a procedure for receiving written notifications of claimed copyright infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our designated copyright agent.
How to File a DMCA Notice
Required Information
Your DMCA notice must include the following information to be considered valid:
Electronic Signature
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Copyright Identification
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Infringing Material Location
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our service.
Contact Information
Your name and email address.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated Copyright Agent
Response Time
We will respond to DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt and take appropriate action as required by the DMCA.
Important Notice Regarding AI-Generated Content
iNanoBanana uses advanced AI technology to generate images based on user prompts. While we take measures to prevent copyright infringement, AI-generated content may sometimes resemble existing works. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization, please file a DMCA notice using the process above.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice Requirements:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name and email address
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also suspend or terminate access to our service for users who repeatedly receive DMCA notices.
