What are Gems?
Gems are the unified credit system for all AI features. They can be used for image generation now and will also support future video generation features. Gems are consumed based on the complexity and size of your generated content.
Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and you'll retain access until the end of your current period.
Do unused Gems roll over?
Yes. Every time you purchase a subscription, your total paid membership period is extended. As long as you are within this paid period (including a 7-day grace period after it ends), all unused Gems roll over and remain available. After your membership and grace period are both over, any remaining Gems will expire in one batch.
When are Gems credited for yearly subscriptions?
For yearly plans, your monthly Gem allowance is credited on your billing day (for example, the 15th of each month if you subscribed on the 15th). Credits are processed once per day around 03:00 UTC (around 7–8 PM Pacific Time on the previous day, depending on daylight saving time), so they may appear a few hours after your billing day starts rather than exactly at 00:00 in your local time.
What happens if I subscribe to multiple plans (for example Ultra and Pro)?
Whenever you purchase multiple monthly or yearly plans, the paid time from all plans is added together into one continuous membership period. Higher-tier time is always used first: Ultra time is used before Elite, and Elite before Pro. For example, if you have 1 month of Pro and then buy 1 month of Ultra, you will enjoy Ultra features for 1 month and then automatically continue on Pro for 1 extra month. All unused Gems stay valid during this combined membership period plus the 7-day grace period after it ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
